Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3 pm to midnight and check-out is before 11 am. Self check-in uses a keypad lock. Send your expected arrival time through the booking platform.
Capacity and beds
The classification covers 2 people only. Booking listings advertise up to 5 guests, with three single beds on the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living area. This advertised capacity is not a classification for 5 people: check the layout and conditions when booking.
Parking
There is no private parking on site. On-street spaces and public car parks are available near the harbour. Municipal rules and charges may change.
Pets
Pets are allowed subject to the conditions and any fees shown when booking.
House rules
No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. The apartment is entirely non-smoking.
Accessibility
Access is by stairs. According to the accommodation information, the mezzanine ceiling is below 1.65 m. The 2026 inspection does not validate adapted door widths, a shower seat with grab rail or a WC with grab rail. There is no Tourisme et Handicap label; contact the host before booking if you have accessibility requirements.
Safety
A smoke detector is present. The Airbnb listing states that no carbon monoxide detector is available.

Linen and services
Drying rack, iron and ironing board checked. Bed linen, towels, made-up beds on arrival and cleaning offered; check booking conditions and any fees. The 2026 checklist does not verify a washing machine or tumble dryer: these criteria are marked not applicable to the classified capacity.
Two-star classification decision for 2 people
On 17 September 2026, SMTR issued a two-star classification decision for Oratoriens Henri IV, at 31 Quai Henri IV in Dieppe, for a capacity of 2 people. The inspection on 16 September 2026 received a favourable assessment. The decision provides for a five-year term.
The decision allows 15 days from receipt to refuse the classification. It becomes final at the end of this period if no refusal is made.
